科贝：奥萨苏纳对伊尼戈违规出场上诉再被驳回，考虑诉诸普通司法

6月13日讯 据科贝电台报道，奥萨苏纳对伊尼戈违规出场的上诉被西班牙体育仲裁法庭驳回。
在3月28日巴萨对阵奥萨苏纳的比赛，因伤退出国家队的伊尼戈踢满全场，巴萨4-0取胜。
奥萨苏纳认为，伊尼戈出场违反了国际足联《球员地位与转会条例》附件一第5条，该条款明确规定，因医疗原因未加入国家队征召或中途退出国家队的球员，在国际比赛期结束后的五天内不得代表其俱乐部参加比赛。
奥萨苏纳此前在纪律委员会和西班牙足协上诉委员会两次败诉，但他们没有放弃，再次向西班牙体育仲裁法庭提出上诉，但又一次被驳回，奥萨苏纳正在考虑是否诉诸普通司法程序。
奥萨苏纳本赛季与巴列卡诺同积52分，巴列卡诺排名第8位获得欧协联附加赛资格，奥萨苏纳排名第9位无缘欧战，因此这三分对奥萨苏纳是否获得欧战资格至关重要。
